We have different networks (A-Q) with different rates depending on your total number of accounts. Different networks may serve different cities. There is no difference in the quality of service among the various networks, so you should pick the lowest cost choice that services the city you need.

Wholesale rates on our best priced networks range from $2.85 per user at the 10,000 user level to $5.60 for 10 users.

THERE IS NO SETUP OR STARTUP FEE. However, you are required to pay the first 2 months estimated usage in advance. This is a refundable deposit. Also you are required to maintain a minimum of 10 accounts.
Web Hosting from $7.95 per account. All Hosted sites include 15 email addresses, Front Page Extensions, web statistics, cgi-bin, and more!
Tech Support Manual available on line at no additional charge.
Setup Management for WIN95/98/NT. We provide a generic (unbranded) web and downloadable setup routine that will configure your customer's dialup networking, as well as set up email and home page for his browser. These routines are available with your brand identification and choice of options for a modest cost.
Your own personalized webmail interface. We maintain a webmail interface that allows customers to retrieve and send mail without the complicated setup procedures required of regular mail clients like Netscape, Outlook Express, and Eudora. The webmail interface is located at http://webmail.gct21.net For a one time fee of $99, we can customize this interface to your address (webmail.yourdomain.com) and with your logo on it. There is no recurring usage charge for this service.
You may also want to begin accepting credit cards for payment for your ISP services. We currently interface with card processing organizations, such as LinkPoint and Authorize.Net.
